Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bonos88 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees, pending bonuses, and unresolved wagers) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bonos88 will notify the Player by email prior to the account being designated dormant. An administrative fee of MYR 10 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a Real Money Balance, up to the value of the balance.
